Orange peels. You can fight against bacteria by rubbing your teeth with an orange peel every night before going to bed, leaving it overnight.

Spicy foods. Eating spicy foods helps a lot in cleaning your mouth because they stimulate your salivary glands, which clean your teeth and gums naturally.

Tomatoes and strawberries. Rich in vitamin C, the two ingredients help you remove the plaque and tartar. You should rub one of the ingredients on your teeth, leaving it on for several minutes. Then, clean your mouth with a baking powder solution and water. If you like other foods, you can opt for berries, oranges, papaya, bell peppers or lemons, also high in vitamin C.

Sesame seeds. A good modality of getting rid of plaque is to chew sesame seeds and then, immediately brush your teeth.

Dental pick. Using a dental pick to remove tartar is a very effective method. However, you need to be very careful as you may harm your gums.

Oral cleanser. Rinse your mouth with an antiseptic oral cleanser or a hydrogen peroxide. You can mix the hydrogen peroxide with half a glass of water in order to be able to gargle or brush it.
