Here is how to calculate the necessary amount:

Take the numbers of your kilos and multiply them by 67%. The result will reflect the ounces of water you need to consume every day. If you are also doing sport, you need to add 24 more ounces of water for each hour of sport.

You can also help your body stay hydrated by other means:

  • Consume a large glass of water in the morning and one in the evening and you will have consumed 32 ounces of the water necessary;
  • Motivate yourself to consume more and more water. Take a reusable water recipient and mark the level of consumed water. It will stimulate you!
