On the other hand, yogurt is rich in probiotics (eliminate malign bacteria), lactic acid (exfoliates and nourishes and prevents skin from getting dry) and zinc (reduces sun spots and scars). You should know that Cleopatra was a fan of yogurt, as she used to bathe in yogurt, in order to have a very beautiful body.

Honey has anti-bacterial and nourishing properties, healing the layers of the skin. Moreover, it cleans the body of toxins and the surface of the skin of dead cells.

All these three ingredients are very powerful and have great results when combined and included in your daily care.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp plain yogurt;
  • 2 tsp organic turmeric;
  • ½ tsp raw honey;
  • ½ squeezed lemon.

Preparation:

Take a small bowl and mix together the yogurt, turmeric and honey. Then, use the juice of half a lemon and squeeze it over. Apply the mask on your skin and leave it sit for about 20 minutes, then take a shower. Do not panic if your face will turn orange; it is normal. Just wash it immediately with the help of a cleanser.

You will soon notice an improvement. Your skin will be perfectly nourished, hydrated and smooth. And, just to know, the mask is anti-aging as well! Brilliant!

Tip: Be very careful how you prepare the paste because it stains; not only your clothes but also your hair. So, when you apply it, make sure you do not cross the line between your skin and hair. Otherwise you may get orange hair…. if your natural is blonde.
